{"id":55224,"date":"2026-09-25T14:55:01","date_gmt":"2026-09-25T19:55:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bitcoinmagazine.com\/?p=55224"},"modified":"2026-09-25T14:55:05","modified_gmt":"2026-09-25T19:55:05","slug":"bitcoin-etfs-bring-in-nearly-3-billion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bitcoinmagazine.com\/news\/bitcoin-etfs-bring-in-nearly-3-billion","title":{"rendered":"Bitcoin ETFs Extend Winning Streak With Nearly $3B in Inflows"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"bsf_rt_marker\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bitcoin exchange-traded funds are on a winning streak, with investors buying for six consecutive days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The funds \u2014 managed by the likes of BlackRock, Fidelity, and Morgan Stanley \u2014 have received over $2.8 billion in new investment since September 17, <a href=\"https:\/\/farside.co.uk\/bitcoin-etf-flow-all-data\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according<\/a> to Farside Investors data.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Monday alone, investors bought nearly $1 billion in shares&nbsp; \u2014 the most since October 6, when the funds received over $1.2 billion and the price of the leading cryptocurrency hit a new all-time high of $126,080.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Still, <a href=\"https:\/\/bitcoinmagazine.com\/bitcoin-price\">Bitcoin\u2019s price<\/a> on Friday is only up modestly: it recently stood at nearly $83,975 after reaching as high as $87,330 on Monday. Over the past seven days, the coin\u2019s price has surged by nearly 4%.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While the price of the leading cryptocurrency has since dipped from earlier this week, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/JSeyff\/status\/2102018013599838604\">pointed out<\/a> that the average ETF buyer is now in profit after the estimated ETF cost basis surged above $81,72 for the first time since January.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-x wp-block-embed-x\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">NEW: The average Bitcoin ETF Holder is back above water for the first time since January. Since the August announcement, U.S. Treasury yields have surged again.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bitcoin continued its run last week, shrugging off the fact that lawmakers had blocked landmark crypto legislation, the Clarity Act, and the Federal Reserve had hiked interest rates.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some analysts have said that the leading cryptocurrency is now in a bull run. Crypto market data firm CryptoQuant this week <a href=\"https:\/\/bitcoinmagazine.com\/news\/bitcoin-bull-run-is-back-data-shows\">wrote<\/a> that the leading cryptocurrency crossed above its 365-day moving average, a signal that the asset has finished being in a bear market.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bitcoin notched a record of $126,080 in October of last year but then began to sink later that month after the biggest liquidation event in crypto history saw over $19 billion in bets closed.
